SÉBASTIEN JURKOVIC EST NÉ EN 1972, À PARIS. TRÈS JEUNE, SA MÈRE L’EMMÈNE  AUX DÉFILÉS CHANEL À PARIS. ÉBLOUI PAR LA BEAUTÉ ET L’ÉLÉGANCE, LE CHEMIN  DU  FUTUR PHOTOGRAPHE SE DESSINE DÉJÀ.  ARRIVÉ À MONTRÉAL À L’ADOLESCENCE,JURKOVIC OBTIENT SON BACCALAURÉAT EN ARTS VISUELS À L’UQAM.APRÈS QUELQUES ANNÉES COMME DIRECTEUR ARTISTIQUE DANS LE MONDE DE LA  MODE ET DE LA BEAUTÉ, IL SE TOURNE DÉFINITIVEMENT VERS LA PHOTOGRAPHIE COMME LE MÉDIUM PARFAIT.  EN 2020, IL RETOURNE AUX SOURCES ET RECOMMENCE SA PRATIQUE ARTISTIQUE.

Sébastien Jurkovic was born in 1972 in Paris, France. At a very young age, his
mother took him to Chanel Fashion shows in Paris, Dazzled by the beauty and
elegance, the path of the future photographer was already taking shape.
He arrived in Montréal, Canada as a teenager, where he presently lives and
work. Jurkovic obtained a BFA at UQAM School of Fine Arts.
After a few years working as Art Director in the world of Fashion and Beauty,
he finally turned to photography as his perfect medium. In 2020, he returns to his practice in Arts.
